NetApp had a partner support site that had outgrown it's original structure: it was an unwieldy and awkward.

My first step was to interview stakeholders and key users on the difficulties of the existing site and expectations for a revised site. This activity was followed by a heuristic evaluation and alignment of the user's needs to the business objectives.

The resulting architecture was cited to be robust, extensible and significantly easier to navigate.
